Modern Fiber Art is a publication dedicated to embroidery, textile art, and handmade craft — covering techniques, patterns, and ideas for people who work with thread, fabric, and fiber.
We started this site to build a real archive of embroidery and textile inspiration: modern stitch work, botanical and nature-inspired motifs, wearable embroidery, wall art, and mixed-media projects that combine paper, fabric, and thread. Our focus is on craft that feels intentional rather than decorative for its own sake.
A note on our images
The visuals on this site are created using AI image-generation tools (including Google Imagen), which we pay for and produce specifically for our articles. This is a real production cost for us, and the images are original to Modern Fiber Art — not stock photography or scraped from other sources.
We regularly find our images reused elsewhere without permission, which is why we’re direct about this: please don’t copy, download, or republish our images or text without asking first.
